Controlling the operations of the restaurant including managing people, product and equipment. My apprenticeship is specialising in HR as this is a large part of my job, training, performance, retention, discipline etc
I feel more confident dealing with difficult cases and have also learnt from others and improved the experience for all my staff
The coach keeps me on track and gives me things to test me and also helps.
