Managing my portfolio of clients and handling settlement queries from reinsurers. I am in the specialty casualty claims team which means I deal with casualty and cyber claims. I help collate packs of data which we present in engagement meetings with clients and reinsurers.
Yes definitely, I have developed my organisation skills as well as my public speaking skills via presentations etc. Managing my clients also required a lot of confidence and organisation.
I enjoyed my programme but did find it stressful at times.
It is well organised but feel like the level of communication around the road map of the scheme could be slightly clearer
I receive a lot of support around my role development as well as exams
I receive support when needed, however, sometimes it is a slow process in order to get the support put in place.
I think it helps me perform better in my role as as a school leaver I had very limited knowledge of the industry so my qualification helped me build a base of knowledge. However, my role is within reinsurance and the study texts are very direct based
Yes my company organise events such as next gen events and sports teams in order to expand our network
