Working in a warehouse looking to improve processes and resolve issues.
Yes, Communication skills have been improved and knowledge of the industry is much broader.
I enjoy the role, but I could be challenged more and supported with a greater sense of direction

Aston university provide good support and are alsways willing to discuss any issues.
My course and job role work very well together allowing me to use my learnings frequently.
I have been given the opportunity to network, but this is not very frequent.

The company and its employees are very willing to develop people. However, their structure needs attention, this would allow a much easier and insightful transfer into the industry.
Ensure the people around you are willing to assist you, otherwise you will have to develop alone and that is difficult.
