I work within Risk & Controls and liaise with internal teams around the business ensuring their controls function as they should to mitigate any identified risks ahead of any internal/external audits (and the role out of ICFR). I am also working on system access to ensure there are no security risks here.

Well organised with a working group responsible for overseeing the scheme & making any updates to it that are required
Lots! Extra in-house training, days off for exams, distribution of workload when this clashes with study/exam days, regular manager catch ups
Regular meetings to discuss admin side of apprentice scheme
