I am a planning assistant so i plan and manage the schedules of a project while working with other planners and this such as manage documents and little day to day tasks
I have learnt skills in different programmes such as excel i have also developed skills in things such as time management and listening
I enjoy the programme quite a bit when you have colleges that are nice and help in any way they can it makes the experience a lot more enjoyable
Quite well structed with things layed out and planned months or years in advanced and you know when things will happen and how they will happen
Quite a lot they encourage you to try new experiences in different parts of the business and try new roles so you can find what one suits you best
I have received a decent amount of support from them whenever you have a question they answer well and to the extent they can while also pushing you in the right direction to do well
I feel like i can contribute some of what i learn to my day to day role
