I have learnt more back of house skills throughout my apprenticeship and have learnt leadership skills in order to supervise other members of staff
I’ve enjoyed the programme a lot and am looking forward to progressing and possibly doing higher level apprenticeship courses
I feel it is very well structured and I am informed of any changes immediately
