  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have also met a lot of new apprentices and graduates and have made some great connections.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme is quite well structured where we are provided with training days and external speakers which are very usefull. However, to some extent I think that the programme could be improved, this is because when I started the apprenticeship I was moved to Information Management due to the department being understaffed. I did not enjoy information management so much and was then stuck there for 6 months until I was transferred back to BIM, so I think resourcing the right people should be improved.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • At first, my qualification wasn't very helpful towards my role as an Information Manager and wasn't helping with my career progression. However since I have moved to the BIM department I feel that my qualification in Digital Engineering is now enabling me to perform better in my role and I can gain the right exposure to progress and tick off the right competencies.
