Management of a restaurant.
Yes, with being new to my role the apprenticeship has helped develop a lot of key skills.
Love the learning and additional materials such as webinars.
I’m a very organised person so love how lifetime training is structured. The dashboard keeps me up to date and on track.
Given support whenever needed however it is difficult to find the time to complete work during working hours but this may be due to my role.
A lot! Lots of different resources and avenues for support.
Has really helped build my knowledge and confidence in my role, especially being new to the role. Couldn’t have done it without my apprenticeship!
I hold manager days out each month.
