The structure of my apprenticeship as been well thought out and methodically planned for the other apprentices and I to have both learnt working on the job and off the job was also experiencing / enjoying the day to day works of an underwriter.
My employer has provided me lots of support in various different ways to help with my learning and revision of exams.
My training provider has provided the best support I have experienced and would highly recommend this employer to others looking into entering an apprenticeship.
It has allowed me to broaden my understanding of Insurance which has massively helped me in my ole to further understand and acknowledge how my actions and work contribute towards my company's goals.
Yes! My company has been excellent at offering social events to widen my network and enjoy downtime. I have been offered the opportunities to play in both the work Football team and have been invited to summer parties where we collectively come together to celebrate our company's achievements.

They have been very supportive in both my apprenticeship and day to day work. There is never a time when someone is not willing to help and provide guidance and support when one is stuck.
