I enjoyed the majority of the work experience, it was good to be able to put my degree into practice and see the environment I would eventually be working in full time.
There were a few resourcing issues but once on a team you feel very involved as you would if you were a usual full time worker. The onboarding process and training was well organised.
You get a real taste of company culture, it seemed like a very good environment to work in with more of a work life balance than i imagined.
It showed me what the job would be like practically and allowed me to see what the future placements and graduation job would be like if we continued.
