I enjoy it and it challenges me everyday, but sometimes certain aspects can be difficult, but could be because I am still learning
It is beginning to be more organised and structured since it was fed back we need a purpose to rotate and the rotation will help to develop knowledge and skills
My manager is supportive and also if there was something apprenticeship related I have contacts in the prganisation I can go to
Communication isn't great, and some tutors take a while to come back. The support they offer is good, but it takes a while to get hold of tutors and for them to come back
Gives me the knowledge to provide a better understanding of the elements of project management
New talent in my department are set mini projects to complete as a group, team social activities after work and community champion days to volunteer in the local community
