Lead the Resourcing Team, driving efficencies and best practice approaches when attracting and selecting the best talent in the market. Working with Internal and External customers reviewing better ways of working, engagement, improvement projects. Involved in various resourcing projects.

Fully enjoyable, learning new skills, experiences and collaborating with a range of individuals from various backgrounds sharing experiences, this has been the perfect platform for my personal learning. In addition NTU are great at deliveirng information, sharing content and preparing you for EPA.

Full support. The only comment I do have is the strict process when seeking an extension, the provider needs to understand that individuals have work based pressures and at times need extra time for assignment. The process at NTU is very strict and timeline extensions are limited.
I have learnt a lot and feel that my personal development has projected my exposure and experience within the business, and I have seen a progression into a management role.
