Sometimes it feels as thought my workplace and the programme hosts do not communicate that well. Meaning sometimes the work I need to do for the programme doesn't align that well to the work I am currently doing.
Given the answer to the previous answer, my employer as adapted well and assisted me with anything I have asked or had problems with.
QA have been very good with assisting me when I am stuck or need extra explanation to understand a project
I feel the programme help only a small bit at the moment. I can transfer some general elements but a lot of learning I am doing for my role is coming from my employer themselves as I've needed to learn their systems.
Yes, there are plenty of opportunities to meet people and learn extra bits and bobs
