    • Sometimes it feels as thought my workplace and the programme hosts do not communicate that well. Meaning sometimes the work I need to do for the programme doesn't align that well to the work I am currently doing.

    • Given the answer to the previous answer, my employer as adapted well and assisted me with anything I have asked or had problems with.

    • QA have been very good with assisting me when I am stuck or need extra explanation to understand a project

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

    • I feel the programme help only a small bit at the moment. I can transfer some general elements but a lot of learning I am doing for my role is coming from my employer themselves as I've needed to learn their systems.

    • Yes, there are plenty of opportunities to meet people and learn extra bits and bobs
