I really enjoy the programme as it challenges me and enables me to develop in my Data Analyst role.
It is pretty well organised, structured. Apprenticeship provider has firm structure and deadlines in place. Daily work for the employer has taken an agile approach.
I receive a lot of support form the employer. I have means and tools that are provided to me to be able to fulfil my role.
Whenever needed, I am able to reach out to the apprenticeship provider and they respond usually very quickly.
So far, as I am in the Q1 of the programme, I can see mediate benefits of the qualification to my daily work. That is because we work with slightly different programs/tools that what has been mentioned so far.
Yes, loads. Immense opportunities to network and socialise, whilst also benefiting the community (for example volunteering, etc.).
Yes
It is a great company to work for. Amazing working culture and purpose that everybody lives by. Slight downside is the apprentice's pay as it is rather at the low end. However, this should change once the apprenticeship is completed and we are placed within our permanent roles as Data Analysts.
Be yourself, challenge yourself, go for it.
