1st week involved in getting to know the business, doing different task to work on different skills. 2nd involved going around multiple businesses who may be clients and taking part in different task getting to know these other companies... Great to help you get a clearer idea of what you would like to do in the future. 3rd week involved in working within a team within a sector of EY where you worked on actual client work may it be onsite or in the EY office.
The programme allows you develop many different skills. Personally i improved my teamwork and presentation skill more than i could have wanted to. Absolutely great experience
Althought there may have been part which may have not been as fun as others it was absolutely great. Would definitely do it again
Felt like a part of the company was treated no differently to any other staff and felt as an valued asset of the business
Very well planned out itinerary which lays out exactly what you will be doing within your first 2 weeks. Very organised.
When working in the team you get taught everything you need to know and more and are encouraged to ask questions with there being no wrong question that you could ask
Was encouraged to ask questions and was supported with any queries or with anything else you needed support with
Was very well paid... Way above the minimum salary for the age group.
Many different groups of activities for employees... Wouldnt really apply if you are applying for smart futures programme
