Writing python scripts, creating dashboards, communicating to scientists about their data and working with them to get it analyzed, stored and visualized.
I have improved my python skills; learnt how to use new software; and also have been encouraged to learn new things, and been supported in doing so.
It is a great place to learn, so I enjoy it thoroughly - the people are great, always willing to teach/get you up to speed. I have felt very welcome.
The structure is clear and communicated well by both my employer and learning provider (my university).
Lots of support is available, including help lines, people available to talk to (including my manager, my team and more), and online resources.
There are many resources available online, and these are communicated well. The teachers are usually willing to help but not always the easiest to get hold of
Many of my modules have impacted my work directly, helping me to deliver my work, and to a higher standard.
We have a leisure centre at work, and there is a gym, as well as squash courts, badminton courts, etc., there are also clubs and fitness classes. There are also social events for apprentices/early talent/departments.
