I am the Group Director with strategic responsibility for Safety, Security and Crisis and the operational implementation of it across the world
I have improved my understanding for Strategic management models and improved my skills in mentoring and coaching new talent
Very much
Its a little chaotic if I am honest, the team at Herts Uni are very slow at communication and some of the tutors struggle with teaching adult professionals
The support from my employer is excellent. I have a dedicated mentor, support form my line manager and time to work on the program
my tutor is strong and provides me with the support I need when asked
I have certainly learnt a lot from the training and this has been useful in my role
No
Yes
The are people orientated, however do tend to work in silos.
Push yourself to the next level, do not undersell yourself, TUI will support development and actively seek to recruit and then retain talent
