  • I worked on testing for revenue cut-off, payroll joiners and leavers and property, plant and equipment.

  • I learned how to document EGAs, use the client communication platform and significantly improved my excel skills.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I haven't finished the programme but I enjoyed everything so far, however as a flying start it takes a bit of time to adjust to working instead of uni lectures.

  • I believe the programme is well structured but as a suggestion it might be nice to talk to more people I will be working with before the first day in the office.

  • Everyone was happy to give coaching when I needed it.

  • The programme is structured to learn all the content at uni and have a three month work placement each year therefore I feel like you have more time to revise than compared to a graduate scheme route.

  • It provides the technical knowledge required to perform the work and to qualify.

  • The office has a social pillar which organises activities and events for everyone.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • It's a welcoming environment to work in even without prior experience in audit, or doing accounting before joining the firm.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to PwC?
  • Show your determination for working in audit and don't feel intimidated if you have no prior knowledge of accounting.
