Trainee auditor Review

I worked on testing for revenue cut-off, payroll joiners and leavers and property, plant and equipment.

I learned how to document EGAs, use the client communication platform and significantly improved my excel skills.

I haven't finished the programme but I enjoyed everything so far, however as a flying start it takes a bit of time to adjust to working instead of uni lectures.

I believe the programme is well structured but as a suggestion it might be nice to talk to more people I will be working with before the first day in the office.

Everyone was happy to give coaching when I needed it.

The programme is structured to learn all the content at uni and have a three month work placement each year therefore I feel like you have more time to revise than compared to a graduate scheme route.

It provides the technical knowledge required to perform the work and to qualify.
