As an SMB account manager, I sit in the SMB team which is responsible for small and medium businesses/customers.
I have learnt how to gain confidence in myself in regard to presenting, talking to people and also writing professional emails. HPE has given me the support and guidance to be able to progress and develop these skills
I thoroughly enjoy my apprenticeship programme
It is a really well organised programme which is completely structured and give the ability to develop many skills
I am really well supported by my employer who allows to me progress through my role and apprenticeship programme
Very supported with regular check ups and meetings
Hugely as I can develop skills I maybe do not have and implement these in my role

It is a great company with a great culture and atmosphere that is inspiring and welcoming, they always push for me to do better and this in turns helps my development
