Child care, I work with the babies which start from 3months up to 18 months.
Yes, changing nappies, answering the door, doing hand overs, etc.
Helping the children grow in there development, and seeing the difference I make by helping them grow.
Very well, my Assessor keeps me regularly updated and is always there to support me if I feel unsure on anything.
Lots of support, the girls help me and give me advice on what to do for activities or my work and the management do weekly updates/check-ins to see how I am and how my learning progress is going and give me time to do some of my work.
Lots of support, always there to support me , giving me resources to help me with my work, they help me stay organised and because of them I feel a lot more confident in my work now.
From the research I’ve done has helped me improve to be a better practitioner and gave me information so I have a lot more knowledge on topics (safeguarding).
We’ve had social events and been able to take the children out for walks and also done staff meetings.
Yes
Because they are well managed and really supportive.
