As a nurses nurse you are responsible of the safeguarding and wellbeing of the children. Aswell as looking after them you teach them to play whilst learning.
Since starting my apprenticeship I have learnt lots of new skills and ways to develop a child’s potential
Even though there is lots of coursework I do enjoy it
It is very well organised and there is always something to do. The assessors are very assertive.
We receive a lot of support from them. They are there even out of work hours in time of need
My assessor Sarah is very supportive and will help with anything needed. She helps you to understand and don’t make you feel pressured
It definitely helps you to feel better as you are learning new things all the time and it helps you to perform better.
There are not any activities as such. But people meet up outside of work socially.
Yes
It is a lovely place to work and you build great relationships with peers, parents and the children.
Just be the best version of yourself and you will be great
