Rotation through different key departments on three to four month placements. Learning key skills which are relevant to my final role. Various process improvement projects, where I am able to give a fresh opinion on existing processes.
Learnt and developed many skills since the start of my apprenticeship. The placements definitely help to develop skills, working and getting an understanding of different key areas of the business. Various opportunities to develop.
Placements definitely help work feel fresh, always opportunities to develop. Colleagues are very supportive towards my apprenticeship - always feel comfortable and able to ask questions to support.
My apprenticeship has been very well structured, given the opportunity to choose areas of the business I would like to work to develop.
Given lots of support if asked, whether that's with work / university work.
Support from training provider is great always willing to help and answer any questions I have.
The qualification is perfect for my final role, opportunity to develop and implement what I have learnt at work into uni work and vice versa
Lots of groups with extra-curricular activities, such as network events, football, work nights out, etc.
