Yes self awareness also planning has definitely improved
Really enjoying it my coach Heidi Brook is really understanding.She never makes me feel stupid and is making the process easier as I haven’t done any education in 30 years.
Really well organised day work shops are planned in with enough warning to manage my rota
Some support but we are meant to get 6 hours a week to dedicate to your apprenticeship. This is difficult to plan in and is not achievable
Lots as previously stated my coach is outstanding
Not finished yet but it’s definitely helping me to become less overwhelmed due to my new planning skills
