Role involves attending daily standup meetings, coordinate with scrum master and product owner for documentation and review. Work with offshore team on the daily basis to update weekly status report. Part of sprint planning with development and testing team.

Some hiccups during the organizing of the training. Once the call link was not updated on the hub till the last moment. Had been 2/3 verification calls to confirm the same details, as they have missed my previous information.
Great, both functional and line manager are supportive and look after what needs to be done for my overall growth. Having review and 121 every other week.
There is support from training provider but apprentices are not approaching them, but yes there exist support.
Helps during the some assigned tasks. But the major issue is after completing this apprentice, there is no role for project manager to get into. I will have to roll into some other role eventually.

Great culture and work ethics. Plenty of support for newcomer and when needed.
Try to identify what role may suit you, even if you did not you can get rolled into other teams once you get into the organisation.
