Day-to-day can be different depending on the project and priority. I help manage and complete projects. My day-to-day consists of meetings and completing actions based on those meetings. I have the opportunity of leading and supporting other project managers which helps with my apprenticeship. I'm also able to speak to different members of different teams to understand more about different roles.
I have developed immensely since joining Natwest. I have been taught how to use different tools that i had no prior experience of using in the past. I have been supported to build on core skills. I am given enough time to continue to develop.
I do enjoy the program and the day-to-day role. I am given responsibility for important tasks and projects. Every day i continue to learn and grow. It's great to see the experience of other team members and learn from them. Although theres always sace for improvement
The program is mostly well-structured. The training provider has provided many support systems to help apprentices with their apprenticeship.
A lot of support, any worries or issues can be raised. The team will support apprentice queries and have sessions to listen to any feedback or improvements to make.
The program is mostly well-structured. The training provider has provided many support systems to help apprentices with their apprenticeship. However, there have been issues with access to programs and changes to assignments that would hinder the experience. It would be great if lecturers were more engaged.
I feel like it has done well to create a process that helps us develop more in my role.
