Admin Work Front of house PA tasks for the Directors
I have learnt many new skills, the one that always comes to mind is communication. I communicate with our customers via the phone and I have massively improved myself over the last 12 months
I enjoy it quite a lot, each day is slightly different, I have taken a lot more task and have been trusted to do these independently
I would say it's structured quite well, I am coming towards the end of the programme and it has been made very easy for me because of my Tutor
I have received a lot of support from everyone at my company, certain tasks that I have needed to complete over the last 12 months have made me involve the colleagues I work with. I have an internal apprenticeship manager who has made this really easy for me
I have regular 121s with my tutor, who is always available via email and phone, would say I have received more than enough support to get the course over the line
Would say it does help me a lot, has opened my eyes to things which I would never think about. There are a lot off strategies and techniques in which I now use in my daily life
Lots of opportunities at work, we have regular social activities, these range from going with the team to bowling. The team also regularly attends social events in which we have been invited to
Yes
A great place to work, the people you will be surrounded by are welcoming and all willing to help
You will learn many new processes, it is important to understand them and to also let colleagues know if you don't understand anything
