My role is to lead a team and provide exceptional care to our young people by implementing quality standards into our practice
I learn every single day and developed in areas I knew was always a strength but continued to grow
I’m struggling to find time with lone working and the amount of hours I’m doing but reading over the expectations and what we do
Not very well, I don’t like the bud training programme, I’d rather be emailed with a unit to complete and email back, find everything else time consuming
Not much as I haven’t had the time but they’ve discussed me using head office on days off to complete some work from April
None
Don’t feel it does, feel my days help me perform better when faced with what I do daily
Yeah team building
Yes
Because I feel the core foundations for the company value the care needed to provide for young people and they deliver excellence to provide this care
Believe in the process of where they are at from where they’ve come from and know they’ll continue to grow
