Very well. Its very straight forward and organised. Its easy to access and submit work.
A lot of support. My employer supports me in all aspects of work and has helped me to grow myself and knowledge into practice lead.
I receive a lot, my trainer always tells me i can ask her any questions and tells me how i can reach her. She also sets up regular team calls to track my progress and if i have any questions.
It helps me with new information with each unit, but not only that but it helps me apply it to my day to day work, which has boosted my role.
