Graduate Surveyor in Savills Property management team my daily tasks involves communicating with occupiers and clients on their properties on things such as service charge, operational queries such as building management
my communication skills and confidence has increased a lot since starting my apprenticeship
I thoroughly enjoy my programme
it is very well structured and UCEM manage the academic workload well to account for the fact we also work full time
I receive a lot of support from my employer and they fully understand the demands of my degree
I receive lots of support from my training provider and they have regular check ins with me to make sure my wellbeing is okay However they don't always appreciate how much time outside of working hours is required to complete the qualification
the qualification is definitely helping me perform better in my role as it is teaching me the underpinning ideas and theories that direct my role.
yes there are lots of extra curricular activities to get involved with and especially social events with other young property professionals
