Meeting with various hiring managers, Ensuring that roles are running smoothly, Conducting interviews or assessment centres, Calling candidates to invite to interview/assessment centre, Rejecting/Accepting candidates for the roles, General data upkeep.

Very much, you get to have personable interactions everyday around how well the apprenticeship and other people have completed it in the past which means you get help from experienced people.
Very structured, You complete an assignment every 6 weeks.
A lot of support is given as colleagues have done the same apprenticeship in the past.

It helps me to understand GDPR and the policies and procedures that are in place which makes me a better recruiter.
Lots of social events such as bowling and going out for drinks.

Its a very supportive company to work for and everyone has each others best interest in mind. You can't go a day without laughing with your co-workers and its a very inclusive company.
Research the companies background as well as what are goals/initiatives are at the minute and always have an open mind as we are a very inclusive company that is always open to new ideas from anyone no matter if you're an apprentice or the CEO.
