I assist the elderly in making them comfortable, assisting with personal care, feeding, and promoting independence, respecting their choices, rights and privacy, treating them as a unique being, also keeping in touch with their families and loved ones, involving them in different activities for relaxation.
I have learnt how to work as a team bringing ideas together how we can make the shift work go well and acquired more skills in leadership by doing team leader at work.
I have a very good Trainer who directs and assist me how i can go about my programme and explained in as much i could understand in doing my assignments.
