Managing a team of 7 project managers, our planned project works programmes, and dilapidations with tenants and partners
The course has enabled me to both learn new skills, approaches and techniques, and develop and solidify existing skills and knowledges
I thoroughly enjoyed the programme. I have found it to be a genuinely beneficial experience
The organisation and structure was good, however the parameters were changed mid-way through and so some of the work and assignments I had spent alot of time and effort on completing became redundant
I received alot of help and support from the senior leadership team and colleagues
have been really helpful and supportive in getting me through the qualification
I've taken alot of learnings from it, and hopefully have changed, and improved, my approach to work
