5 out of 10. the only reason to that score it is that despite my English and maths being good i have far more involvement with these 2 and stops me enjoying the actual apprentice, i have a very occupying role that needs my attention at all times, and i feel like English so far takes all my joy into this.
Very well, compacted but good level of organistaion
10/10 but my tasks and role will have to be 10/10 also.
10/10 my trainer it is very supportive towards my self, and allows me to take my time into everything according the learning if is a heavy season
Very well, my time management has changed and i am now allowing my self loads of reflecting time, i am taking the right amount of breaks to regenerate and i am a better person in general already
In my job role it is never same day, that is very fair amount to say it is never a dull moment. I am also involved withing progressing my self to the next role as Area Manager so i take part in many more activities within the area
Yes
This is not just 1 job, this is a lifestyle, people are what keeps us going, no one is ever closer to you as close as you are with your team, it is never a boring day, there are more goods on the scale than bad.
Be yourself, do not change you to be a better business person change the approach and adapt to what is asked from you if you want to be happy at the work place that is a great balance for the future
