I am a financial accountant, this involves month end processing for reporting purposes, balance sheet reconciliations and flagging risk and opportunity
My excel skills have dramatically improved

SPARK have been great so far, detailed course structure has been provided and is interesting
It has improved my skillset dramatically, working to tight deadlines and my excel knowledge
Yes there are a lot, you can chose how much you want to get involved. There are lunch pizzas, team social nights out, lunch and learn sessions, coffee break sessions with senior leaders etc

They are a brilliant employer and the industry itself is also very fun and exciting!
Go for it! Ask lots of questions though, TUI are a huge, complex organisation and there is so much to know!
