I really enjoy my program as I completed lots of research in to what careers would be suitable for me and this career path in electrical engineering was one of them, I completed multiple work experiences to ensure that it was something that I would enjoy.
My program has been quite well organized, I have been given rounds of placements which I will complete with different departments of the team which will help me become more well rounded and gain a better understanding of how businesses operate and what makes them successful.
I am constantly being put under new training and development to ensure that once I qualify, I am competent enough to complete my tasks.
I have regular review sessions with my training provider to ensure that I am on target on my qualification, my line manager also attends these and I am able to address any concerns that I have.
I am able to learn a lot of theory from the qualifications that I learn through my training provider, this allows for me to get a head start for when I am completing this work practically in the workplace.
