Compiling schedules of comparable evidence, cash flows, development appraisals, market updates, pricing letters and reports, creating investment brochures.
Development appraisals and cash flows. Attention to detail has improved.
It is very well organised and the APC training is very structured. It is very easy for us to complete our CPD hours and competencies as we have consistent support from our team, supervisor and counsellor.
I have great support from my Outcomes Officer at UCEM who is very attentive.
It has given me a greater understanding of the theory behind my work, but I find completing my tasks in the workplace has developed my understanding more than the degree has.
Yes there are sports teams and graduate committees to get involved in.

It is a great graduate scheme to be on, and the rotations give you a great opportunity to get experience in different areas of the business and easily get enough examples for each competency for your APC.
