Preparing month-end journals such as the interest accrual journal and performing bank reconciliations, along with supporting colleagues to answer auditors queries and preparing our regulatory reports such as the Form CA,CC and CE.
I have developed my communication skills and grown in confidence whilst undertaking my apprenticeship at Nationwide. I have increased my analytical and problem solving skills.
I enjoy my apprenticeship as when I pass each exam I get a sense of achievement and feel proud of myself. It gives me a sense of fulfilment and the content is enjoyable to learn.
It is well structured and organised to cover all the necessary content in the given timeframes.
I receive a good amount of support from my employer who understands my circumstances.
I receive a good amount of support from my training provider and my skills coach understands my circumstances and is helpful when I need any additional help.
