Talking to customers, drawing up renders for new customers, dealing with issues.
I have gained a lot of confidence ever since the beginning of this role, and I have improved my key skills like IT, CAD and customer service as well
It is enjoyable most of the time - whenever there is pressure it's a healthy amount
It's a good mix of being told what to do and figuring it out for myself.
I receive a lot of support and guidance throughout my apprenticeship.
He tells me what to do and I do it. It is very nice and simple.
