I do everyday tasks like cash management, savings reviews, helping customers, using online banking and servicing ATM machines.
I have built on my confidence and communication skills, I feel much more confident when speaking with customers. I have also learnt how to be a bankage officer and how to balance the branch as well as working with cash.
I really enjoy my programme it allows me to write up reports of skills I've displayed and achieved, then reflect and see which aspects I could build on.
It is very well structured and easy to follow the program. I have regular catch ups with my coach which allows me to improve on my reports and plan my future.
Nationwide is a super supportive employee and allows me extra time to complete my coursework whenever I need it. I feel I can comfortably ask my colleagues for support and help when I need it.
I received a lot of support when working toward my qualifications, I can ask my manager for help when I need it and extra time if I require it.
I find I can understand and relate to customers better by doing my apprenticeship. It allows me more understanding
There are extra curricular clubs available for me to join which I think is a great way to meet new people.
