I am an Associate Director within the Property Management Division at Savills. My team are responsible for managing the shopping centres on the owner’s behalf, which essentially accounts for everything within the boundary of their ownership from security and cleaning, maintenance, customer service, financial management and reporting.
I developed a number of skills during the programme - in particular my excel skills. In addition to this I improved my understanding of the data cycle and how we can utilise this.
I enjoyed the programme because it made me take time away from my day to day role and look for opportunities to improve the way we do things.
The programme was well structured and helped achieve the desired outcome.
Savills were fantastic! If I needed any additional study leave, particularly around the end assessment they were flexible enough to make sure I had the time I needed. In addition, a number of in-house experts provided time on a monthly basis to support with queries.
Multiverse provided scheduled catch ups but were also always happy to be contacted throughout the programme.
I have become more efficient in my role as I have streamlined some tasks that took a while.
Yes there are loads, we have something for everyone.
Yes
We have a very inclusive culture and welcome different thoughts. Everyone is given a voice and we truly work as a team to achieve. I also feel I can always turn to a colleague for help in the same way I would help them.
Be mindful that the business is far bigger than you think and so applying with preconceptions about what you want to do is often harmful to your application.
