I am to keep the hotel running smoothly, greeting guests and making sure I offer the best customer service.
Yes I've learnt lots during my apprenticeship and my job role.
I do enjoy the learning. There are times when it becomes a little fraught and need a break but absolutely love learning new skills
Out of 10 I'd say 8. I do think just the management on my side could do with a bit more support on guiding students to complete the course

100% and when needed they are always there to help
Loads more I feel I deal with situations better and know more skills to help with dealing with customers.
