Day to Day role includes daily paper work, Awnsering the phone and making lots to of calls to the Depots customers base. I find myself jumping up on the counter helping due to there not being a full time counter person.
Skills I have developed would be orgasntion skills and commucation skills. Also developing selling as a skill.
The programme is somewhat enjoyable I get a 1 hour teams call a month so I feel like majorty of my time is spent working for a cheaper wage.
It is very organised we always book my next session in the current meeting.
From the employer not much support but from my colleuges I recvice alot of support anyone is ready to help me as long as they are free to do so.
My mentor is very helpful if I ever have an issue I can email her and she is more then happy to help me.
My training provider helps me in me perform me better in my role as I learn skills that do help with the role.
No extra-curricular activities involved.
No
I would not recommend due to the amount of work you do for return of pay.
Resarch the company and make sure you know what you are signing for aswell. As what I walked into was not what I was expecting.
