Managing a team delivering development programmes
Developed skills in working with others, analysing problems and coming up with creative solutions, critical thinking, interpreting financial accounts
Really enjoyed the way it challenged my thinking. The opportunity to work with others in my cohort. The pace and stretch.
I knew the topics in advance and deadlines. Each topic was managed as a sprint so followed the same format.
