    • Apprenticeship Recruitment team leader, i manage a team of 6 who recruit eligible and suitable apprentices for the hundreds of business's we recruit for nationwide.

    • I enjoy learning new management styles and understanding different ways i can tackle different situations.

    • My tutor is always on hand to answer any questions i may have and is clear in what assignments and tasks i need to complete.

    • I am completing a team leader qualification which supports me in my every day job role as a team leader.

    • Yes - I encourage my team to attend different networking events as well as schools and colleges.
