I work alongside brokers to place reinsurance policies. My Role offer much variation on a day to do basis.
I have learnt many new skills, especially the ability to be able to communicate to clients and stakeholders.
I love it.
The structure is ok, however i would suggest a reduction of the administrative tasks required from the trainer.
My Employer supports my every need.
We have lessons which help, but on some units there are only two lessons. I believe that there is room for an improvement in assisting students.
