Managing a team who conduct independent assurance reviews of processes and procedures across the Society in relation to Economic Crime risks.
Improved my powerpoint and presenting skills. Refreshed my memory on some processes and learned some new useful tips for managing my team.
Can be very challenging in terms of quality and consistency
Some repetition across modules. Results often late. Module leads not competent in hybrid learning environment.
Very little. Given time to attend and do assignments but left to get on with it and very little recognition.
