My role mainly involves support on a tech transformation project working with a client. I spend most of my time on client site supporting the wider PwC team.
I have learnt many soft and hard skills on my placements. I have become more confident working with a client and developed key technical skills needed.
I enjoy my programme a lot. I valued the resourcing team taking my preferences into consideration when finding a project to find something that fit me.
My programme is very well structured due to the wide support network offered by PwC. I have clear contacts of who to contact if I have any issues and these are always on hand to support.
I receive a lot of support to guide me on my project. I have a career coach, buddy and many other points of contact I can speak to if I require support.
I receive a lot of support from both my training provider and PwC. The connection between the two is strong and this means it is a seamless transition from PwC to the university life.
It helps alot with the technical skills required in my role. It helps to develop my confidence in the use of different software and technologies.
Lots. I am a part of the charity team helping to organise different charity events. I am a part of the student recruitment team helping to spread knowledge of the different programmes that PwC offer.
Yes
They offer lots of support, a competetive salary, good benefits, a good work culture and lots of great people :)
Be yourself. Its important to not try to act like someone you aren't. Its important to be a team player who works well with other people towards a common goal.
