I work as a Customer experienced leader. I look after my customers and keep my restaurant nice and clean for customer to use. I have to make sure they are happy with our products and have a great experience when they visit us. I will try to resolve any problem in my authority as quickly as I can. I also ask customers for feedback when they have time, as it will improve our products and services.
I have learned a lot of knowledge and my confidence has grown very much.
