Managing a team of 23 Roadside Technicians with help and support, whilst carrying out my own Roadside technician duties 50:50

I am hoping to learn new skills during the course, i've only just started. The opening sessions were good, with lots taken from it from the trainer, and from other colleagues.

It seems to be structured well and quite easy to follow

Full support with working hours

This will benefit me ni end, I am new to role so the whole experience will be invaluable.
