A member representative is a customer facing role which involves dealing with queries, transactions and account information for the general public. On a daily basis, I can cover the counter, where I deal with monies in and out of accounts, transfers, direct payments and printing statements. I can also get involved in more complex cases, such as registering Power of Attorneys, and bereavements, sending overseas payments or CHAPS payments and ensure I use correct authentication. I can also assist with possible financial crime cases.
I have learned a lot more about digital banking and how important it is for customers to get further knowledge and experience of it.
